Brow It Yourself was founded by Bree Armstrong in 2025, after more than a decade in the beauty industry.

After building her career in Wodonga, Victoria, Bree relocated to Rockhampton, Queensland. It was there she quickly realised how many women live rurally, often only making it into town once or twice a year. Many of her clients loved the confidence that came with freshly done brows, but didn’t have regular access to salon services.

She kept hearing the same thing:

“I wish I could keep them like this all the time.”

At the same time, Bree noticed many women were already attempting to wax at home using supermarket strip waxes, struggling with poor results, unnecessary mess, and products that simply weren’t designed for brows.

That moment sparked the idea behind Brow It Yourself:

if women were going to do their brows at home, they deserved salon quality products, tools, and the right guidance.

With Bree’s background as a beauty therapist, hairdresser, and part educator, Brow It Yourself was created to deliver salon-quality results from home, supported by step-by-step tutorials designed to feel like a professional is guiding you through every stage.

Today, Brow It Yourself is proud to be Australia’s first professional DIY brow brand, created to make brow care more accessible, empowering, and achievable, no matter your lifestyle.
